Refunds: No Refunds or exchanges possible due to the ephemeral and wild-crafted nature of our products (plants, stones, feathers). Thank you for understanding!
Processing Time: All orders are made to order. I assemble and gift wrap each, and ship within 3-7 Business days.

Shipping - USA : All packages ship either First Class (for small/ light orders), or USPS Priority. All US orders come with tracking.
International Customers:

**International Shipping:
Shipping takes between 2-6 weeks generally, more during the Holidays.
SHIPPING is First Class International/ airmail. (If you don't see your country listed for an item that you want- contact us here me to get a postal quote). There are some countries we cannot shells, feathers, or dry plants too.
**CUSTOMS/ VAT/ fees/Tariffs:
EU ad Non-Eu customers: nearly ALL countries require a fee or VAT tax be paid in order to collect your package. We cannot know this amount for all countries; please check to see what this fee is BEFORE You place your order.
NON-CLAIMED/ UN-Paid Packages: If your package is shipped back to us for "non-claimed" or "refusal to Pay": There are NO Refunds for un-collected or returned packages. This is because we must pay for added postage, lost productivity, lost packages, and restocking your items to the shop.
