These raw Amethyst chunks are vibrant in color and energy, with bands of bold purple and clear crystal both. Amethyst is an important keep-close crystal; it calms, restores energy, and lends balance to our spaces.

MENTALLY- Amethyst is used to remove anxiety and draw off pain- from headaches to addiction. Amethyst is always a good and gentle companion when going through a tough spell, or when we simply need to ground in your confidence.
For BODYWORK: In bodywork, it is often used to reduce inflammation, and lessens symptoms of excess.
*MEDITATION & Spiritual Work* Use Amethyst to Clarify your Spiritual Path by placing on the 3rd eye. Amethyst dispels illusions. Helps us connect to spirit guides and listen to highest truths. Used in meditations to help us feel our strength, our unique power.
*USE* Our stones and crystals are meant to be companions on our journey: Carry stones in a pocket, purse, medicine pouch, or handle throughout the day. Use them In meditation and bodywork. Balance a room by placing 4 stones in the 4 cardinal directions; place on an altar, use for gridwork. For dream work- place bedside or under a pillow.
**SMUDGING** I find Amethyst a good companion in cleansing rituals with the Sages, (especially White/Sacred, Blue Sages, & Yerba Santa). Keep in your Blessing bowl when Smudging or in rooms you will be cleansing. Also good in prayer with Cedar and Juniper.

All stones at Sacred Land Sage have been water, sound, and sage blessed. They also receive an added blessing of coconut and essential oils (sandalwood, sage, palo santo, cedar). Raw stones, freshly processed from mines, get added smudging and blessing to welcome them into daylight and into our homes.
*ATTUNE YOUR Stone: When you get your crystal and stones: rinse under water, or buff with a soft cloth. Many stones fade in sunlight (ie. Amethyst), so limiting sun exposure is recommended. Attune your crystal to your energy and needs by handling and carrying in a medicine pouch, or placing on an altar.
